Registration

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. The responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect of someone else knowing you should contact us immediately.

Product Description and Prices

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specifications of Nancy Pop products are correct at the time of publishing and that the reproduction of colour is a s accurate as the production process will allow. However Nancy Pop can not accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer software used by the customer.  

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entry to the system. The total cost of your order is the price of your products plus delivery stated of your choice. You confirm that the credit / debit card that is being  used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to or does not for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery, you will be informed of this by e-mail. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website and at any time edit any of the materials or content.

 Delivery

Next Day Delivery (£8.95, subject to weight)
For Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. (UK and N.Ireland). All orders are processed during working hours Monday to Friday so please allow the specified number of working days from placing your order to receipt of delivery. For example if you order on Friday at 3pm deliveries will be made on Tuesday not Monday.
Please Note: Next day delivery can not be guaranteed in all circumstances. At times delays are unavoidable. At any stage please feel free to contact us if shipment is delayed.
Standard UK Recorded Gift Delivery (£5.95)
For smaller gift orders that aren’t in a hurry to get to you, we can gladly send via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK. Gift Delivery is available for all orders under £50 and usually takes between 3-5 working days for delivery.
International Delivery (£30 subject to weight and destination) If you e-mail us at info@nancypop.com we will be able to quote you delivery times and cost for a specific destination.

Returns

In the event of refunded return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached and with the receipt within 7 days (UK), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. We also require our returns form to be completed, please download your copy here: - Click here for the Returns form in Word format or Click here for the Returns form in PDF format. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. Nancy Pop will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. Upon receipt of a purchase, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. There is no return or exchange for sale items. Please note, Nancy Pop cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges, whether they be within the UK or abroad. We ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and therefore any of these and sales taxes can not be refunded. All items purchased on the Nancy Pop website must be returned to Nancy Pop 19 Kensington Park Rd London W11 2EU at the responsibility of the sender. Nancy Pop cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Exchange

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting info@nancypop.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a store credit note which may be redeemed at our Notting Hill store Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of exchange.

How to proceed with your return or exchange

1) Please email info@nancypop.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE.
2) Add your invoice and receipt in a return parcel. Please fill in the Returns claim form and fill in the necessary information. Circle whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc. This must be stated otherwise it shall be assumed that it would be an exchange and a credit note will be issued. Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability.
3) Securely wrap and package the item with the completed form and send to the shop address Nancy Pop 19 Kensington Park Rd W11 2EU.
4) We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.

Receiving a refund

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame unless otherwise authorized by the directors at Nancy Pop, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser credit card including VAT for all EU country customer excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Nancy Pop.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Nancy Pop reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Nancy Pop can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organized). Nancy Pop will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
